Hi, I’m Daphnie Leigh, a holistic anxiety coach, certified professional HSP coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and nervous system educator with over 30 years of experience helping highly sensitive people reconnect with their inner strength, self-trust, and steadiness. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed understanding of the nervous system, honoring the sensitivity and depth that highly sensitive people bring to the world.
