As a teenager, I was hospitalized for panic disorder, anxiety, and agoraphobia. For many years, anxiety dominated my life — there were times when sleep was difficult, leaving the house felt daunting, and worry and self-doubt were constant companions.
Today, I’m grateful to say that anxiety no longer rules my life — and I want you to know it doesn’t have to rule yours either.
