Daphnie Leigh, E-RYT 500 is a certified highly sensitive person professional coach, clinical health coach, Ayurvedic lifestyle coach, advanced yoga & meditation teacher, the founder of the Highly Sensitive & Strong Community and the creator of the Freedom from Anxiety™ Program.
She is passionate about her family, nature, holistic health practices, cultivating compassion for ourselves and others, and helping people overcome stress & anxiety while optimizing the health of their body & mind.
Daphnie has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1995, and she was ordained by global spiritual teacher, poet and peace activist, Thich Nhat Hanh, in 2000.
Since then she has taught thousands of classes and coached hundreds of clients into better health and wellness. She has also worked as a licensed massage therapist, and she spent 8 years educating the public and guiding people down trails as a National Park Ranger.

Having more mindfulness allows me to realize how I'm holding tension in my body and notice when I'm being more tense than I need to be. I am breathing better, and I have less stress and anxiety.
