Hi, I’m Daphnie Leigh, a holistic anxiety coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and nervous system educator with over 30 years of experience helping highly sensitive people reconnect with their strength, self-trust, and inner calm.


I created Rooted Resilience because I believe healing stress & anxiety isn’t just about shifting your mindset—it’s about creating safety in your body.  And that kind of safety doesn’t come from force. It comes from gentle, consistent support. It’s something we build—together.


Inside the membership, I weave together science-backed nervous system tools, somatic and mindfulness practices, and contemplative psychology to help you feel grounded, nourished, and truly at home within yourself.


But more than anything, I bring the lived experience of someone who’s been there. I know what it’s like to feel overstimulated, anxious, exhausted from trying to “push through,” and unsure where to turn next. And I also know what it takes to come back—to rebuild peace and resilience from the inside out.
