Hi, I’m Daphnie Leigh, a holistic anxiety coach, mindfulness teacher, yoga teacher, and nervous system educator. As a highly sensitive person myself, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the world and disconnected from my own body. My journey led me to deep studies in mindfulness, somatic healing, and contemplative psychology, and I’ve spent the last 30 years helping others reclaim their strength and inner peace.
