SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Mindful Mondays is evolving into something even better—the Highly Sensitive & Strong Podcast.
Over the past year, I’ve loved guiding these weekly mindfulness sessions with you. Whether you joined live or caught the replays, your presence has meant so much to me. It’s truly been an honor to create this space for you.
As I look ahead to 2025, I’ve been reflecting on how I can continue to serve this community in a way that is both impactful and sustainable—especially as a solopreneur running every aspect of my business by myself. That’s why I’m making a shift that allows me to share even more support with you, while also making these practices more accessible.
🌿 Instead of weekly live sessions, there will be a weekly podcast episode and every other episode will include a guided mindfulness practice or meditation—meaning you’ll still get the same calming tools, but in a more flexible format.
🌿 The podcast will also feature episodes on managing anxiety, building resilience, and thriving as a highly sensitive person.
🌿 You can listen anytime, anywhere—no more worrying about Zoom links or schedules!
I know that some of you have cherished the experience of connecting live each week, and I want you to know that I hear you and I love seeing you too!
