Holistic coaching for HSPs who are feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed.
At some time or another, most highly sensitive people have been told that they need to grow thicker skin, toughen up, or quit being so sensitive, but being highly sensitive is a biological personality trait - it's something you are born with, not something you need to change.
I believe that the world needs those of us who are highly sensitive, because we have important gifts to share.
Being sensitive is not an illness, but it manifests in many different ways which can present us with unique challenges such as: being prone to feelings of anxiety & overwhelm, more easily exhausted (physically and emotionally), and difficulty managing our strong emotions.
As a result we might struggle to set healthy boundaries, lack confidence in ourselves, and suffer from burnout or stress related health conditions.
Through 1:1 coaching you can learn to feel more confident and empowered as a HSP. Together, we will plan and set goals around improving the areas of your life that would be most impactful. My priority as your coach will be to support you in taking steps towards those goals.
Most people are surprised to find that as they address one area of their life, they begin to experience positive changes in a variety of other areas as well!
To get started simply schedule a complimentary, no-obligation call. We'll use the call to make sure we are a great fit before you commit to anything.

If so, you might be a highly sensitive person. It's not a diagnosis or illness, but it can manifest in challenging ways.
You might:
- Need more downtime after a busy day or stimulating situations
- Be prone to physical and emotional exhaustion, and feelings of anxiety & overwhelm
- Often put the needs of others first & neglect your own self-care
Does that sound like you?
