As a teenager, I was hospitalized for panic and anxiety disorder along with agoraphobia. For as long as I can remember, anxiety dominated my life—during the worst of times, I could barely sleep, eat, or leave my house without having a panic attack. I felt crushed by worry and self-doubt, and my confidence was nowhere to be found.


But today, I’m happy to say that anxiety no longer rules my life, and I’m here to affirm that it doesn’t have to rule yours either.


My mission is to guide highly sensitive people, just like you, toward reclaiming your strength and peace. Together, we’ll work to calm your anxiety, quiet the overthinking, and help you reconnect with joy, energy, and purpose.
