Hi, I'm Daphnie, and there was a time when anxiety RULED my life!

I have always been an over-achiever, but when I was a teenager I was hospitalized for panic and anxiety disorder after 2 traumatic experiences. Almost overnight, I went from being motivated by challenges, to being stressed out and easily overwhelmed. I felt dominated by my worries & negative thoughts, I lacked self-confidence, and I didn't feel good enough - especially in my relationships.
