Join us on a wide variety of hiking trails throughout Southern Oregon for mindfulness, yoga, hiking adventures. Suitable for all levels (including complete beginners) these hikes can help you build nervous system resilience through slow movements, breath work and mindfulness practices, and assist you in connecting more deeply with yourself and the natural world to promote healing and wellbeing.
Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or you want to step outside of the studio and enjoy the beauty of the natural world, Yogi Ranger Hikes can help you slow down, reset your system, and soak up the healing benefits of nature. Upcoming hikes listed below.
Hike Level: moderate 3.6 miles, 400 feet elevation gain
Yoga Level: gentle
Be prepared: Rain or shine!
A good hiking sole is recommended (the trail is rocky and sometimes narrow)
Have layers for changeable weather (check the forecast)
Sun protection and/or rain gear
Hike friendly Yoga mat (optional) and/or towel (for knees)
Bring water
Snack or sack lunch
Smart phone or Camera (optional…we will have time for pictures)

Meet at the Rainie Falls trailhead at 10:15 AM for meet & greet.
Hike begins at 10:30 and includes a complete, gentle yoga session. Totally time approximately 4 hours.
Cost: free (donations are accepted)
